If you recommend things like physical activity, healthy eating, staying hydrated, and better sleep to your clients, but don’t give them a proper action plan or program to follow, then Elate Fitness can be a great resource for you.
My name is Corbin Bednarik.
I have spent my whole professional life helping people overcome chronic diseases, recover from injuries, and empowering people to improve their lives regardless of any challenges they face.
My younger sister, Sydney, died by suicide in 2017, after silently battling anxiety and depression. This was the catalyst for creating Elate Fitness.
My mission is to make sure no one else around me has to feel alone, not knowing what to do or where to start, like my sister did while feeling unhappy or hopeless.
Poor physical health is detrimental to our well-being and greatly increases our risk of depression, anxiety, and a host of physical and mental complications.

What Is Elate Fitness?
As you know, the human body is intricate and there are so many powerful ways to help balance mood, manage anxiety, lessen depression, attain a healthy body, and create good health for life.
One very important way is by improving our physical health.
My goal has been to create a way for people to learn and implement easy ways to improve their physical health, and in turn their mental health.
Focusing on 3 core areas:
Healthy Movement | Healthy Eating | Healthy Habits
With the goal of being a resource for mental health professionals like yourself.
I know this can be a great supplement to what you do, and enhance your clients lives.
Elate Fitness offers this in 2 ways:
ONE:
A FREE guide & 5-Day Challenge that includes an email series and pdf guide with accompanying videos that helps guide people to get moving and start improving their physical health.
This is a great way to learn its benefits and get a few free options to try.
TWO:
A low cost ($97) 12-Week Challenge, delivered through the Elate Fitness App, that guides them towards creating good physical health.
This includes:
A bodyweight workout plan, healthy eating guidance, and a weekly “habit challenge” that teaches and encourages them to build habits like daily movement, eating healthy, staying hydrated, and simple “tasks” that help build good physical health.
Delivered through the Elate Fitness App packed full of reminder messages, daily tasks, and motivational videos explaining why these “challenges” contribute to better physical and mental health.
(more details are lower on this page)
Everyone should have access to improve their physical and mental health. Elate Fitness was created to help that.
The Free Guide and the 12-Week Challenge are my way of creating a powerful, affordable, and accessible way to improve ones physical health that anyone can start immediately.
Why Refer Us?
There is a huge disconnect between health professionals recommending physical activity and physical health habits and people actually doing it.
The scientific research over the past several years shows how vitally connected our physical health is to our mental health. Improving ones physical health goes hand-in-hand with what you do as a health professional. This can be a great asset to seeing progress with your clients, which is the entire reason both of us do what we do, right?
Exercise is now recommended (and prescribed) being as effective as mild-moderate treatments for depression, including psychotherapy and medication, and it is an adjunctive treatment for severe depression. Exercise goes hand-in-hand with therapy and complements medication as well. This is essential to creating good well-being.
You can learn more about the research on Exercise & Depression and get a free toolkit for health care providers developed by the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), and more, here: exerciseanddepression.ca/
We are a great resource for you at no cost to you and low cost to clients, helping create big changes in your clients lives by encouraging more physical activity and better healthy habits.
Imagine the progress you could have with your clients if they were able to take control of their physical health at the same time.

Why Is There A Cost For The Challenge?
There are a lot of free workout programs and options online but they don’t work for everyone. The key is getting people to actually do it, in a fun and inspiring way that gives them tools they can keep for life.
Everything included in the challenge and the way it is delivered through the app is designed to inspire and guide people to do it. This took years of time to put all of this together and we’ve priced this as low as possible while still allowing us to pay for all the costs associated with running the challenge (app, website, service fees…).
Plus, we have noticed that when people invest something they are MUCH more likely to view it with importance and do it.
You can learn more about the cost and access on the Healthy Body Happy Mind 12-Week Challenge page here: www.elatefitness.ca/challenge
